Moderate a Round Table: Join the experts and consultants and present your ideas and experiences by proposing and moderating one of the “Birds of a Feather” round table discussion sessions (BoFs). Birds of a Feather round tables seat 10-12 people. Each table is hosted by a moderator and focuses on a specific topic. You can propose a discussion on a wide range of issues including: risk management, benefits realisation, soft skills, people issues, maturity models, whole life costing, training and competences and many many more. We recommend a case study format, highlighting pitfalls to avoid and lessons learned from your direct experience.
