Join the experts and consultants and present your ideas and experiences by proposing and moderating one of the “Birds of a Feather” round table discussion sessions (BoFs). Birds of a Feather round tables seat 10-12 people. Each table is hosted by a moderator and focuses on a specific topic. You can propose a discussion on a wide range of issues including: risk management, benefits realisation, soft skills, people issues, maturity models, whole life costing, training and competences and many many more. We recommend a case study format, highlighting pitfalls to avoid and lessons learned from your direct experience. There will be five BoF sessions throughout the day, so you will also have plenty of opportunity to attend other sessions during the event.
